Header and Sidebar Relationship
What edit is needed for the entire header to show across the top of the page with the sidebar starting below the header?

When I added the header here, it's cutoff by the sidebar which doesn't look appealing to the eye.

sidebar is a part of the content which is always on the right or left and it takes whole height of page (excluding top bar and footer). It means that you can not move the sidebar down just because of the specific content part.
