Menu Opacity

Is there a way to change the opacity of the "Fixed Menu" whereas it doesn't have any transparency? i don't want to see any of the content scroll behind it.

To change fixed header opacity, you must play with RGBA color for header, as below:

#Top_bar { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5) !important }
