Just wondering if it is possible to increase the gap between the navigation and start of the single product page?

product title is currently overlapping navigation

another question though...

is it possible to change the opacity of the background colour for muffin elements eg icon box or fancy heading?

I want to make the bg colour white in these particular boxes but slightly transparent so you can also see the background image coming through? Hope that makes sense...

I think Ive sorted the opacity issue but now I'm wondering if it is possible to change the colour of the bar that appears when you add an item to the cart? Also where would we go to style the 'addtocart' button shortcode for woocommerce?
