Muffin options not visible

Hi, I just loaded the "digital" theme demo into my website www.llcasting.com and when I go to the muffin options I see the sidebar with menu options but no content (see screenshot). nothing is visible. However if I click "save changes" it suddenly all becomes visible and I can use the options. But then It changes many options.. For example I lose the font used by the digital demo and it reverts to arial...

How can I solve this so that I can see the muffin options and retain the theme demo as it is without changes happenning?

Now I have another problem.

So problem number one is that when I click muffin options I get a completely blank page now. I see nothing, just plain white.

Problem number two is that the same happens when I want to edit any of my pages in Wordpress. Simply blank white pages.

Hi,

there is 3 possible reasons why Muffin Options might be empty on load (blank):

- PHP version - Wordpress, since version 4.5, requires minimum PHP 5.6. So if your version is older than 5.6, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider because it need to be updated.
- Memory Limit - the more plugins you have enabled, the more resources your WordPress instance will consume. So if this is happening, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider to increase this limit.
- Suhosin extension - if it’s installed on your server, it could bring the issues as well because the limits for Suhosin are usually different from the general one.

WP Memory Limit: 256 MB

PHP Version: 5.6.30

Looks fine to me. So on to option 3 even though I do not think it is Suhosin... but just in case, how can I check about that?

Any other suggestions? Still running blank..

Also, I only have the plugins running that come with your demo. The only extra plugin I have running is a plugin called "ultimate member".

Please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings first. I am using my web ftp... I go into /wp-content/themes

is that where you want me to put the file?

Or should I put it into /wp-content/themes/betheme-child ?? Please clarify more, thank you!

You can put it anywhere you want. Even under main domain.

Ok, thanks. So if you look at http://pasteboard.co/z4iswyCT5.png you will see that what you wrote above is not true and you have only 75M memory and not 256 as you advertised above. Also, you have SUHOSIN extension installed that need to be disabled.

If you will read our first reply above, you see that we mentioned both possible culprits above.

Ok thank you very much! Sorry I must have misread info because I am new to this... But how do you disable SUHOSIN? Is it a WP plugin? And for memory limit I must go into the FTP? Thank you for advice!

SUHOSIN is server addon and need to be disabled by your server administrator. And memory_limit need to be increased by same person as well.
