How come I can't see the dropdown arrows in the blank sections?

Look at the form on this page http://blog.rankmediaplus.com/coverage/ and find the Year section. I want it to show the drop down arrow but its not visible. 

This is the code I have:

<p>Year<br />

    [select Year include_blank "2000" "2001" "2002" "2003" "2004" "2005"]

As we see, "Year" select field have arrow so we don't understand what is wrong exactly.
