I want to make a second Line in my footerarea under my current footer with logos from partners, similiar to this websites footer: http://www.basementsaints.com/

How can I manage to achieve that? I only found out how to places widgets in the footer, that dosnt work.

Is there a widget, that i could use for such a purpose that you can recommend? How would you do it?
