Contact drop down?
There's a little triangle with a plus sign in it on the right side of my header, that when I click on it, it drops down some grey container with default contact info in it. Is there A) a way to modify this data? I can't find it anywhere.. and

1) Its Sliding Top and you can edit its content the same as you do for footer widgets. More details about Sliding Top, you can find in the doc http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/ (section 3.4)
2) You can also disable it under Theme options > Header & Subheder > Extras section.
