Adding post tags at the bottom of the post

Hello,

How can I add the tags of the posts at the end of every post? For example,

http://www.omlopezcenter.org/wordpress/2017/02/09/newly-published-identifying-adaptation-strategies-for-farmers-with-lidar-and-gis/

Tags should be appear at the end (if and only if it exists).
