Expand submenu by default on devices, & remove link from main menu item?

Hello, I have two questions:

1. How do I have the submenu expanded by default on mobile & tablet? (instead of showing the plus sign which people have to click)

2. How do I make it so when you click a main menu item it just expands the submenu and isn't a link to an actual page?

Hi,

1. We are sorry but we do not have any solution, nor other workaround to display submenu expanded by default on mobile and tablet.

2. This one is not possible as well because there is no way to guess if the user wants to open the link itself or a sub-menu.

Is it possible to display a different menu on mobile devices than what shows on desktop?
