READ MORE... button for text?

Hello,

I am trying to find a easy way to  put READ MORE... button/text, that expand long texts for mobile version, and to be clicked on need. But it seems that there is no build in option for that, am i right? If it is like this, what can you offer me that works fine with Muffin Builder?

I see...Can you then recommend me, know by you, working well plugin for this? By working well, i mean i tried two plugins, but all of them had issue with text alignment and etc.? For example Collaps-O-Matic always leave text in READ MORE section few intervals inline, like new paragraph, and text is not aligned on one line... Any idea how to fix this?
