Some improvements on speed

I was playing with GTMetrix and would like to know if you have resolutions to this stuff:

Defer parsing of Javascript

Add expires headers

Make fewer HTTP requests

Remove query strings for static resources

The only thing we can suggest is W3 Total Cache plugin and also you can read up on static CSS under the link below:

http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#static-css

Tinypng.com also works good with getting images smaller.
