How do I make the logo not get big when I scroll all the way up?

With the pizza theme the header-menu logo gets really big when I scroll up all the way, and gets small when I scroll down some. I was wondering how I keep the logo small ALL the time. I searched everywhere for these features, but was not successful. There is a problem with the google maps part. It keeps erroring when it tried to pop up. Here is a link to the website. Hi,

You can either set the size of the logo on your computer and upload it, or go to theme options>global>logo and scroll down to the advanced section where you can set the height of the logo. The width will change automatically

What about the google maps erroring on the contact page?

Go to theme options>global>advanced and under the options section set the google maps API key, there is a link there on how to do it, just follow the instructions.
