Dear, How do I get a logo from the secondary page? It is appearing on top of the page name.

Hi,

Go to theme options>custom css&js>css and paste this:

.page-id-79 .logo {display:none;}

Remember to save changes!

How do I remove the e-mail from the menu?

This is "contact detail" and you can remove it under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.
