Smooth scroll with one page menu links. How to make that work?

I have purchased about 6 copies of this theme, some of them have the capability to smooth scroll and some don't. Why? Is this not a standard for all "demos?"

How do I achieve smooth scroll with this site/page from the main menu items?

Hi,

Yes because each demo has its own options. If you edit a page and scroll down under the muffin builder you will see an options section with one page attribute. Turn it on.
