Hoverbox Custom CSS Gone

Hello! I was working from the tourist demo, http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/tourist/

I really loved the hover effect over the box "best places in the city" on the home page. I must have bumped something and it reset all of my custom CSS that was in place. Are you able to give me the code needed to bring back this effect? Thank you!

Sure, the site is still in maintenance mode but here is a screenshot. On the demo site the hover boxes have a nice effect and there was some custom css in there. Something happened and it all reset so I was just wondering if it was possible to provide the css that made the effect possible. In the screenshot my site is at the top, the demo site is at the bottom. Thanks!
