Link Href not working in Chrome

I have a strange problem on a site I have developed with BeTheme: on chrome and some time on firefox (tested by different peoples), the link to PC WebCom in the footer of this site http://www.auto-ecole-herve-leonard.com/ not clickable but can be open in new tab. Also the same link in this article http://www.auto-ecole-herve-leonard.com/2017/02/07/refonte-de-notre-site-internet/ not working.

I really not understand what happen !
