one page site, reload entire page when click on some items menu

Dear people i created a site with betheme on www.becreative.com.bo/v1 i create content and divide on sections, i create menu used sections, but two menu sections work fine

but when i press on another menu items as blog - contacto page reload complete and cant get fluid navigation.

i put scroll word on each menu item.
