No menu

Hello,

I got a problem: The site won´t show the menu with logo. Only when I´am log in it works and I can see the menu in the preview mode.
Also some links doesn´t work. Only in the preview mode.

I´am deactivated the pluings and update the theme. But nothing is happened.

What is it?
