setting for portfolio navigation

I'm having trouble finding the setting for portfolio navigation. Once on a specific item, I'd like to bring back the arrows at the bottom right and left to navigate to each other item. I see settings for Portfolio that says "hide arrows" and that is not checked. I've scoured the settings and am having trouble with this. Let me know. Thanks!

If you want to bring the arrows back on a specific item does that mean that the arrows are avalible on other items ??
