Padding issues

Hello,

I have just been working on a website and somehow 35px has been added everywhere on the site, under images, text etc

Also the menu background colour which was a dark blue has disappeared and is now just white.

Try using this custom CSS

.wpb_wrapper > div {
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}

That has solved most of the padding issues,

but there is still no navigation background colour

You have set a transparent header.

Go to theme-options>global>general and scroll down to the background section. There you can see a transparency option.
