Weird bug. New elements/content are not saving.

On my live site on this particular page. When I try to add content to the page it's as if the page has it it's maximum capacity and refuses to add more content. If I try to add more elements it doesn't take when I save and my additions are not there.

However on my dev server I do not run into that problem! You will see that I more elements at the bottom such as the Service Providers section and a hover coler element.
