question about the blog page

hi, 

dear muffingroup,i use the themes http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/fireplace/ and i want add a blog page like 

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/wallet/articles/

or

http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/training/events-calendar/

i try too import wallet demo and training demo, the blog page has nothing,i try to import post demo,still nothing on the blog page..

the blog is a plugins or anything? 

please tell me how to add the blog summary page, tks

Did you add any posts? Ad did you select your blog page in Settings>reading Posts page
