Call Center Theme: Selected Header/Logo Displaying Different

Hello,

The selected logo/header is displaying differently on web and mobile devices. If I select Classic I see plain or some other option. I am not sure what could be causing this problem. I have cleared cache and it still displays wrong. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The logo is appearing very small in addition to the search window there. I noticed some black space above the header and wondering if that has anything to do with it. Thank you for taking a look.

Did you upload a normal and retina logo?
