Changes wont update in live

Hello im very confused. I have installed the betheme with barber 2 demo and everything seemed to work fine. But here is the weird thing. When im customizing my site I see the changes. But when I try to see the live site from a different browser some edits (font color, or widget removal from the footer) wont change. This happened also in the muffin options when I tried to change the header layout. I was watching the change when I was logged in with admin account but for the public it would not change.

What should I do?
