Deleted menus not going way

Hi all,

I'm about to lose it ))))  deleted menus from the admin section and they are still coming up. Cleared cache on the browser and tried from other machines. Dowloaded clear cache plugins, bud that did not seem to work either. Is there anyway to clear the cache manually.
