Semi-transparent block

I'd like to have a semi-transparent section inside a wrapper. Can you advise on how I can do this?

Hi,

You would either have to use custom css or set the background of your section as an PNG image with transparency. Send us a link to your page if you do not know how to make a png file with transparency and we will write you some custom css.
