WMPL is not working in the front end

I have installed and set up wpml pluging but when I translate the text from the admin side.bit is showing blank in the front end. I can't access the pages to translate them. It shows me a static loading icon instead of the blue plus sign, and when I click there is nothing there.

The main language is Spanish and I have set English and Russian.
