Responsive Menu on Tablet

1. Responsive menu problem:
I've set primary and secondary menu on my website, and it works great on desktop. However, when I view on tablet, its become very wired. It separated into two sides with a blank space between it , above the blank space the logo (Please take a look on the tablet view).

2. Social menu bar icon not showing up in mobile version
on the right hand top corner, I've set a phone number and also an email address with icons, it works perfectly on desktop and tablet but not showing on the mobile version.
