Footer bottom spacing / how to ?

hello,

I am trying to make to reduce the spacing of the footer , there is a big gap , in between footer and the action call bar ( where is says all rights reserved)

here is my theme and website  http://floorherojax.com   ,   also what is the CSS to make contact form narrower , the inputs fields are too wide by default ,

Hi,

Use this css to make the footer smaller

#text-3 {margin-bottom:-50px !important;}

For the contact form, use a column that is smaller and put the contact form there.
