Content Encoding Error and Server error

Hi there

I'm using Be-Theme and there are some random error on the panel 

which I can not recognize the real root cause

Such as: Content Encoding Error and Server error

or as you can see in the attached screenshot, net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

Already tried some common suggestion by wordpress communities but it make it worse as most of the style and theme customization lost

Would appreciate to assist how to fix
