ICON Backround - clear white

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, how does it work to get the backround of icons - for example integrating a counter with a given icon - clear white? It is always shaded with grey stripes. How can I remove that? And do you have other icons like a sports car, mountains etc.? Thank you so much!
