Which table in the DB has the "media"?

Hi all! I accidentally reseted all tables in the db when changing pre-built demo (as suggested).

When trying to choose media I cant see the images in wordpress. But i know they are in the upload folders if you understand me.

I've of course got a backup, but which table to I have to restore and if you could give be a quick guide how I do it in phpmyadmin it would be great. or at least point me in the right direction.
