Problem with ContactForm 7 - Fatal error

Hi, I've installed BeTheme but the ContactForm 7 plugin reveals a fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_rest_url() in
/web/htdocs/www.explodingcircusproject.com/home/wip/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/admin/admin.php
on line 304

So the theme doesn't work.
Help me?

Does it show the error when you send the form or when you anable the plugin? Try reinstalling the plugin and updating the php version on your server to at least 5.6
