Visual Composer is not working.

I'm trying to use Visual Composer on a page and it doesn't seem to be letting me see any progress. I have recently purchased ultimate-pricing-tables and when i create new pricing table, it doesn't show anything once published. Here is the blank page that i'm seeing http://seo.rankmediaplus.com/?page_id=127  It should have 4 pricing boxes all filled in like in the video example. 

Also, my installed plugin page is telling me that there is an update: There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. 

I can't download the latest and greatest version cause my be theme doesn't appear to have a VC license #.

Plugins bundled into package does not came with purchase code or license. More info about please read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1052/visual-composer-can-not-update-purchase-code, and if you want to get latest VC version, you must download latest theme version where latest plugin version is bundled and update current version. I have the latest version 4.3.5 of VC installed. When I go to add new element, then fill in my pricing table, then update the page, there is nothing visible. 

Is there a setting that could be blocking the visual composer content?

We do not think that there is any other setting that is blocking VC. Did you switched to default theme and checked if it works with default theme? Because if this does not work with default theme, then it is definitely not theme issue.
