How to create a link for a tab

There is a sentence in the ''En quelques mots'' tab that I need to link to the ''Chemins de vie'' tab, but I realise that there is no specific address for the tabs on a page, how can I do that ? Thanks !

Hi ! I want to know if it is possible to have an URL adress for the tabs on a page. If you take a look at the page http://joelmonzee.com/wp/dr-joel-monzee/ when I click on the tab ''chemins de vie'', the URL address stays the same as the main page, is it possible to have a specific URL address for each tab on a page ?
