Inserting new Logo

Hi,

I have installed the theme snapshot and now want to change the logo in the header. 

When I upload my logo (png), the size of the logo is super small and it's not possible to erase the distance between logo-image and top-/bottom of head menu. The logo data is currently 1200x1000px, but even when I resize it to the size of the snapshot logo (150x40) there is still a big gap between logo and border of the header menu.

What can I do?
