Issue with not being able to scroll on the page

Hi and thank you for an awesome theme...

I am including JavaScript forms and on the pages that these forms are included I am unable to scroll on the page.

I have tested the plugins by turning them all off and this problem persists.

I have turned off all of the plugins and the theme and the problem goes away.

I have turned all of the plugins on and enabled 2017 and the problem is not present.

I think that this is an issue with the theme and the javascript form, is there anyway that you can please take a look at this and give me some direction.

I have just updated the theme and plugins.

P.S. it looks like we are able to scroll if the cursor is far to the right or left of the page however if it is in the middle then we are unable to scroll.

Sorry but we do not support third party plugins or custom code that may interrupt the theme.
