hover link effect on logo

Hi

I wish to indicate the logo in the header is clickable, I'd like to apply a hove effect, or switch the logo or simply change the cursor.  how can i do this?

It does have a cursor  on hover, but I would prefer to switch the logo to one with a different colour on hover

The cursor changes to a hand-icon that is default as a hover/clicable object.

Sorry but the diffrent image is not possible.

We could do a border. Use this css 

#Top_bar #logo:hover {
    border:1px solid red;
    margin:-1px;
}

Shame you can switch the image, yes a border could work good idea
