Hover effect on Woocommerce "add to cart" button

Hello,

I was able to change the color on the button when I hover over it. but when the button is not being hovered on the button is white and I cant seem to find the place to change its color. 

Please help.

Just to clarify. I dont want to change the hover effect but to be able to change the button color when is not being hovered.

Try using this css 

body.page .button.product_type_simple.add_to_cart_button.ajax_add_to_cart {
    background: red !important;
    color:white !important;
}

Just change the values for the colors.
