Hi is there away to keep the sticky menu but delete logo?

and to keep the logo the same size, ie stop it from shrinking so much?

What do you mean shirnk? The logo shirnks a little with the responsive layout. This is normal.

It shrinks to half its size.. can you not turn this off so its the same size?

if you want the logo not to shirnk you can use the 'fixed' header style in theme options>header&subheader>header
