Cloned a banner and changed image...not rendering correctly (poor spacing)

I have cloned a banner (Top 20 Researcher) that I wanted to replicate and changed the image to a same sized image to replace the original (for a free E-Book) there is too much spacing between the image and the "Free E-Book...test"  Also the changes render in IE but not Chrome.

Hi,

There is spacing because you have put them in diffrent sections and columns. Please put them in one column and it should be fine. The rendering might be a browser cache issue, we tested it on chrome and it looks fine.
