Muffin Builder slider item IE CSS issue

I have discoverd that when using the Muffin Builer Slider item and you add text to an image that is in the slider, the text is only half displayed. So it is as if the bottom half of it is covered. Must be an compatibility issue with an older version of IE (windows 7)
Is there a css fix for this?
