Strange loading slider appears at the bottom of the page

Dear team,

I have a strange problem with one of my pages. On the page http://gruengewebt.de/ there always appears a strange loading slider like thing at the bottom of the page. When I klick on it the page reloads. Unfortunately my webdesign skills are not really advanced and I have no Idea what that could be or how it appeared. Could you please help me and provide some ideas to remove the thing.

We have no idea how did that get there, please try to disable all plugins and check if theme options>global>hooks, all the fields are empty. This was inserted manually or by some weird plugin.
