Way to set buttons to hold their size inside Rev slider?

Is there any possible way to have the mufffin short code buttons hold the same size on different screen sizes?

This is on a 25 in screen

They are more clear on a 25 inch and would like to keep them that size if possible.

No, this is not possible. This is how responsive works and buttons must be different on different screens. You can only turn off "Responsive" mode and then all will be the same on mobile as on desktop.
