One page scroll effect

Hi!

I want to setup an one page homepage based on your template and would like to link the layer in revolution slider with another section of the same page. In other words, I would like to link (with the scrolling effect within the same page) the revolution slider and textual part of the homepage (non slider part). Is there a way to do so?
