Server address error

I have a big problem.
It happens that I have a site in my localhost with BeTheme installed and everything ready, however yesterday I wanted to upload it to a test server but when changing the server name in the Settings / General / Address section of wordpress and URL I made an error and saved the Wordpress with that error. Then I wanted to fix it again but it no longer works, the site disarmed (see image in the link) and I do not know how to get it to repair it, if that is it can be repaired.

Then the question is Can you repair what I did?

    Hi,
    The link to your website does not work. Can you log to your admin panel?
    If this is not possible it seems that you will need to login into your phpadmin and change the values in the database.
    Please upload the website again to the server or import the database again then change the values in wp-content/themes/betheme/wp-config.php to redirect the theme to the new database.
