add margin between actionbar & header

I'm using default modern header layout and action bar on top, i would like to add a margin space between them see screenshot

what elements  would I  need to target or does an  Muffin option exist?

I would like to only apply it  on normal header,   not when sticky header is active as this makes that it show lower when scrolling to.

Oh, I think this will be not possible because the javascript controls this values and it resets just after you scroll. Sorry
