Contact Form Not Submitting Messages

On my contact page, http://simplycutflowers.com/contact/ my contact form is not sending messages to my inbox even though it gives a confirmation message.  Please advise.

Please contact your hosting provider, the theme has nothing to do with this. You can enable any other theme and check.
