Post title too close to the header

So I have been trying to figure out how to adjust the space between the header and the post title and cannot figure it out.  FYI Im not using content builder for the text because they are just simple paragraphs with attached downloads.  Can you look at this post page and advise me how to adjust the title.  Thank you
