Completely disable logo and header shrinking

I'm using SEO demo. I have a logo image 55 px. height and 295 width. Is it possible to completely disable header and logo shrinking when using sticky mode in fixed header. I want it to stay the same size. For example like here http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/electric/

on Be|Electric demo we used "Fixed" header layout. So if you want to get the same style, then just change it in Theme options > Layout > Header section. But if you want to keep sticky header while you have different at the top, then it is not possible to keep the same size of header (and logo) because for sticky they must be resized.
